No matter where we are in the world, a good deal is what it is. Lucky for you, we deliver ace quality along with our extremely competitive pricing! But how can you make sure of getting the most bang for your buck on every badge order? If you’re looking to shave off some of the cost for the same brilliant quality, keep these simple tips in mind the next time you’re placing an order with us.

More badges = More savings.

We have price breaks for different quantities of badges. If you only need 40 badges, you’re better off purchasing 50 for almost the same price due to said price breaks! You can check out our pricing chart HERE to see the quantitative discounts we offer. It’s definitely beneficial to order a few more patches as you end up with more for less in some situations. For example:

“For example: With 3″ patches, the price drops from $10.42 to $5.15 each when you increase the quantity from 10 to 25!”

Take advantage of our seasonal offers!

Every small to large business gives certain discounts and promotional offers during major holidays and off-season periods. You can plan your order to clash with said season time to avail maximum savings with minimum effort. Email us or call us to know about our current promotional offer.

Not going overboard with colours.

We offer up to X colours free with every order. You can get as many colours as you desire but our advice would be to keep it minimal as there are extra charges involved for additional colours. If you’re designing the badge yourself, make sure you have X colours or try combining similar colours to get your total amount to under X.

Place your order before time

As you know, most embroidery businesses have a rush order fee for when you need a 24-hour turnaround or a 3-day service. Avoid paying the additional charge by simply placing your order well in advance. There are chances that peak-seasons or holidays come with delays so it’s always better to plan ahead. Choose less than 100% embroidery

A badge that has 95% embroidery coverage will always cost less than the one with100% coverage. Confused? Let me tell you. A badge is embroidered on a material called ‘twill’. The embroidery coverage is simply how much of the fabric is covered with actual thread. You can have a swanky new logo with some fabric strategically peeking under and end up paying lesser! This works especially well on badges with a solid background colour. It’s totally up to you if you want to go 100% but again, 95% costs less than 100%.

We hope that some of these tips will help you save that extra $$ on your next badge order.
