Sublimation badges are printed badges, where images are printed onto transfer sheets with specially formulated sublimation inks. These designs are then transferred on to white polyester fabric under high pressure and temperature The effects are permanent and less prone to fading, as the ink is embedded in the fabric or substrate rather than simply laying on top like a normal print. Resulting in a permanent, full color print that won’t crack, peel or wash away from the fabric.
We can offer you two different two of sublimation printing 1) Normal sublimation where the graphic design is exactly as per print and the second one is “sublime stitch look” where the print is converted to a 3d embroidered image to mimic the look of a embroidered badge.
