How soon can you deliver?
Embroiderybadge.uk provides you with a very fast service, from the time of final approval it takes about 7-9 working days for your order to be delivered.
Do you charge any set up fees?
One of the benefits of using embroiderybadge.uk is that we do not charge set-up fees on completed orders (as it is adjusted in the final invoice). Should you choose to not complete an order then a small setup fee is charged.
Can I review a sample of my badge before production?
Once we get your quote /order we send you a high resolution scan of your badge, we only proceed with production, once you approve and sign off the sample. Should you require a physical sample from embroiderybadge.uk, we will be happy to provide you one for an additional fee, however, this may take a few days and will subsequently affect the lead time.
How much do you charge per badge?
We offer a free quote service that`s fast and accurate. The typical charges depend upon various factors like the quantity, Stitch coverage, size & backing. When you send us your design for a quote we take all these factors into consideration and come back with the best price so there are no surprises.
What is your minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order quantity is 10 badges However, its more economical to order at least 50 badges for embroidered badges and at least 250 of woven badges.
What type of artwork do you accept?
Our graphics art department can generally work with any artwork as long as it is a high quality image, However, we prefer that you supply your artwork as a high quality jpeg or tiff file. Should you have a existing dst or a emb file then we can use these subject to our art departments approval.
When should woven patches be used?
Woven patches can be used in place of embroidered patches about 95% of the time but there may be certain times when they are more appropriate than others. The number one reason that a patch customer will request or even be recommended a woven patch is if he or she is ordering a small patch with a design that contains intricate detail and/or small lettering.
